Who you'll be seeing

Haley Frazier, FNP, PMHNP, is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of the J&M Behavioral Health Group of North Carolina. Over the past decade, she has built a distinguished career grounded in acute, high-acuity patient care and a deep commitment to whole-person healing.

Mrs. Frazier began her career in health care in 2015 as a certified nursing assistant, gaining hands-on experience on the medical-surgical floor and in the emergency department. She earned her registered nursing degree from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina, in 2019, and went on to serve patients in the intensive care unit and emergency department at UNC Nash (Nash General Hospital), where she cared for some of the most critically ill and vulnerable patients.

Driven by a desire to expand her impact, Mrs. Frazier completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Chamberlain University in 2023, after which she practiced as a family and primary care nurse practitioner in the urgent care setting from 2023 to 2026. She subsequently earned her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree at Western Governors University in 2026. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with an anticipated graduation in 2027.

Her extensive background in emergency and critical care distinguishes her practice in behavioral health. She is highly skilled at rapidly assessing patients in crisis, safely managing acute agitation and suicidal or psychotic presentations, and recognizing when psychiatric symptoms arise from an underlying medical condition. This unique foundation allows her to care for the whole person with both clinical precision and genuine compassion.

Through the J&M Behavioral Health Group of North Carolina, which she is building from the ground up, Mrs. Frazier is dedicated to providing accessible, comprehensive, and compassionate psychiatric care to the community she proudly serves.
