- Have your insurance card to hand
- Intake forms arrive through the patient portal
- Allow extra time for a first appointment
- Telehealth requires you to be in North Carolina
Appointment requests are reviewed every day, but not around the clock — if you send one in the evening or at a weekend, expect to hear back the next day rather than immediately. In an emergency, call 911 or dial 988 — appointment requests are not monitored around the clock.
